🧾 Production on demand, not in stock
Once you place your order, your product officially goes into processing: there are no ready-made pieces, each creation is made especially for you.
🎨 Assignment to a specialized artist
The product is assigned to the creator best suited for that design, so you can be assured of stylistic accuracy. The customization is done entirely by hand, without any automation.
✅ Multiple quality checks
During processing, 3-4 inspections are made to check alignment, drafting and consistency with the chosen design. If something is not perfect, it is redone.
📦 Final check & packaging
Once the custom is finished, a member of management performs a final check. Only after approval is given is the product placed back in the original box and carefully packed for shipping.
⚠️ A work to wear (with care)
When the product arrives at your home, remember that you have a unique handcrafted piece on your hands. It is meant for casual use: avoid scratches or heavy use, it is not just a product, but WEARABLE ART.
⏳ Processing & shipping time
Each product is made to order. The average processing time varies from 7 to 10 days, depending on the design chosen and the volume of orders for the month.
This timeline does not apply to products that are already available and ready to ship.
When the customization is completed, we ship by express courier:
- 🇮🇹 Italy (free shipping in some cases): delivery in 48-72h from shipping
- 🇪🇺 Europe: delivery in 5-6 days after shipment
- 🌎 Rest of the world: delivery in 7-8 days after shipment

Creative Process of Products
Product order and allocation
Your order will be assigned to one of our artists who specializes in that specific design. Customization of the handcrafted product will then begin.

We take the quality of our products very seriously, so there will be 3-4 inspections throughout the production process. If there are any defects, the management will be notified and a new product will be put into production.
Protection and Final Control
After customization is complete, a member of management will perform a final inspection before the garment is folded, packed, and prepared for shipment. Prior to packaging, the product is treated with protective finishes to preserve it from wear, washing, weather and external agents, ensuring optimal aesthetic performance over time.
Packaging and Shipping
As of this time, shipped orders may take 1-3 days for domestic delivery and 6-8 days for international delivery. Before shipping, each product is packed with dedicated protective materials to ensure its integrity during transit. You will be able to track your order as it is processed by couriers until delivery.
