We strive to keep our promises 365 days a year, even during the holidays. However there may be a slight delay due to the large number of orders and the 'hand-customization' factor ,both shipping time and Customer Service responses may be extended. We apologize in advance.

Preparation and Shipping

We take 10 to 20 working days to prepare the order (considering the handcrafted customization of the products) and 2 to 3 days for shipping, depending on the mode chosen.
