Simply follow the instructions on "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a message with instructions.
If you would like to stay informed about new arrivals, current trends and exclusive promotions, enter your email address at the bottom of the homepage. By logging into your Account, you can personalize our communication with you.
Here is a simple guide on HANDCRAFTD:
- Choose the category or designer from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, click on Search to find a specific look or the one you want.
- Select the size of the item you like and click "Add to Cart." Once you have chosen the items you like best, proceed to checkout.
- Sign in or sign up if you have not yet done so. If you do not have an account, you can simply enter your email address.
- By entering your shipping address, payment method and shipping information, your order will be completed. Once payment is confirmed, we will carefully prepare it and send it to where you indicated.

At HANDCRAFTD you will find one-of-a-kind products, customizations, and accessories selected by a dedicated team. Please note. When you decide to select an item in your wishlist and shopping cart, you are not entitled to a particular price.
The currency you use to pay is consequential to where you submit your order and will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment. If the currency you choose is not available, your order will be in EUR.
If you pay by debit card or PayPal, payment is made at the time your order is placed. If you pay by credit card, payment will be made at the time of shipment.
We keep your personal information private and confidential and will only give it out with your consent or if it is legally allowed. For more details, see HANDCRAFTD's privacy policy.
If you would like to be notified when a sold out item becomes available again, you can click on "Size Unavailable?", select the size and enter your email address.
Unfortunately, no. In order to encourage purchase by everyone, it is not possible to reserve an item in advance. This means that if you save an item in your cart or wishlist, it is not reserved.
Our experts care for each product, guaranteeing its authenticity. Some products may be customized and modified. Authentic labels or serial numbers may sometimes be missing.
Your order will be carefully packaged in a Handcraftd protective box to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition.
YES. Our products are water and weather resistant. We prepare the material for painting and use a professional clear varnish to ensure that the shoes will be worn even in the rain. However, scratches may damage the painting.
Please clean the shoes with clean water only. Avoid scratches and rubbing on the painted parts. You can use a protective spray that we sell here to protect the shoes.
Each Handcraftd order has shipping costs that vary by size, weight, and destination. This information will be displayed at checkout. We also offer a shipping rate for orders above a certain threshold, this means you can purchase multiple items, from different locations, paying one.
Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared within 10-20 business days. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days after shipment, depending on the location and method you choose.
We will keep you updated with email communications and tracking codes so you can track your package and an estimated delivery date. You can also track the status in your Handcraftd account under 'My Orders'.
All applicable taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price.
If your order is not what you were expecting, you can return it within 14 days from the shipping date through a free service. However given the nature of some custom products and the 'handmade' factor some products cannot be returned.
We suggest you return it within 7 days to avoid your order not arriving within the 14 days allowed. If you want to exchange it it still needs to be returned and a new order needs to be placed. Simply go to 'My Orders and Returns' in your Handcraftd account to arrange a return or contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our team, we will send you an email to confirm the completion of your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of the payment provider. To ensure that the refund is as fast as possible, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our return and refund policy.
