The price you see includes ✔️ both the cost of the original product and 🎨 the handcrafted customization work done by our skilled creatives.

Each creation is entirely handmade, cared for and finished to the finest detail with premium professional materials (Angelus paints, protective finishes, long-lasting products).

This allows us to achieve a unique, unrepeatable and weather-resistant end result, while remaining a garment intended for casual use and not for intense abrasion conditions.

When you have the product in your hands you will notice the difference: consistency of paint, precision of line, attention to detail, and tactile quality of execution.

🧾 Production on demand, not in stock

Once you place your order, your product officially goes into processing: there are no ready-made pieces, each creation is made especially for you.

🎨 Assignment to a specialized artist

The product is assigned to the creator best suited for that design, so you can be assured of stylistic accuracy. The customization is done entirely by hand, without any automation.

✅ Multiple quality checks

During processing, 3-4 inspections are made to check alignment, drafting and consistency with the chosen design. If something is not perfect, it is redone.

📦 Final check & packaging

Once the custom is finished, a member of management performs a final check. Only after approval is given is the product placed back in the original box and carefully packed for shipping.

⚠️ A work to wear (with care)

When the product arrives at your home, remember that you have a unique handcrafted piece on your hands. It is meant for casual use: avoid scratches or heavy use, it is not just a product, but WEARABLE ART.

⏳ Processing & shipping time

Each product is made to order. The average processing time varies from 5 to 7 days, depending on the design chosen and the volume of orders for the month.

This timeline does not apply to products that are already available and ready to ship.

When the customization is completed, we ship by express courier:

• 🇮🇹 Italy (free shipping in some cases): delivery in 48-72h from shipping
  
• 🇪🇺 Europe: delivery in 5-6 days after shipment
  
• 🌎 Rest of the world: delivery in 7-8 days after shipment
  

At checkout you can add parcel insurance as an optional service.

✅ When is the return accepted?

We only accept the return if the product received:

• is defective
• does not match what is described.
